Calling all of our middle and high school REACH kids!!!

Join us for an afternoon at the Chocolate Moose on Friday, September 13th from 3-5pm. We will meet to play miniature golf and/or scale the climbing wall --- plus there is a great area to play board games and just hang out! Besides the awesome coffee, The Chocolate Moose, also serves delicious fruit smoothies, hand-scooped ice cream, lattes, and snacks. 

DEADLINE TO REGISTER:  Friday, September 6th: The facility will need enough time to prepare their schedule to make sure we have the appropriate amount of employees staffed for our event.  

Ticket Information:

• Registration is still required if you are only going to attend to have refreshments and hang out. (Numbers are needed to gauge the amount of staff to have at the facility)
• When registering for this event, please use your child's name and your email address for each ticket purchased.
• Ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in the event the evening is cancelled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. 

Individual Tickets:

• Mini-Golf: $7.00
• Rock-Climbing (30 minutes): $10.00

Rock Climber Requirements: 

• Signed Chocolate Moose Waiver Release Form: https://chocolatemoosewv.com/waiver/ 
• Must wear tennis shoes- NO FLIP FLOPS 

*Please note- individual rooms inside are limited to the seating capacity, but there are tables and seats outside. Also, weather could require the event to be rescheduled. 

Parents are welcome to stay and hang out or join in on the fun too! If you plan on participating you will need to purchase a ticket.
