REACH High (ages 12-18)

Join us for an evening at The Chocolate Moose. Tuesday, October 27 from 5-8 P.M.,  

Deadline to register for mini-golf and/or the climbing wall is Tuesday, October 20th   

We will meet to play miniature golf and/or scale the climbing wall – – – plus there is a great area to play board games and just hang out! Besides the awesome coffee, The Chocolate Moose also serves delicious fruit smoothies, hand-scooped ice cream, lattes and snacks.

A parent or designated supervising adult MUST accompany ALL 12 and 13 year old REACH High students to this event. Ages 14-18 may attend this event without a supervising adult. Please review all policies with your child(ren) prior to the event.

Ticket information:

• Registration is not required if you are only going to attend to have refreshments and hang out.  
• When registering for this event, please use your child's name and your email address for each ticket purchased.  
• Ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in the event the evening is cancelled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. 

Individual tickets:

• Mini-golf- $8
• Rock-climbing (30 minutes)- $10.50
• Rock-climbing (1 hour)- $16.50

Package tickets ($1 discount):

• Double event (mini- golf and 30 minute rock- climbing)- $17.50
• Double event (mini- golf and 1 hour rock- climbing)- $23.50

Rock Climber requirements: 

• Signed Chocolate Moose Waiver Release Form https://chocolatemoosewv.com/.../07/Climbing-Gym-Waiver.pdf 
• Must wear tennis shoes- NO FLIP FLOPS     

COVID considerations:

• Masks are required when moving from place to place, at the counters, and in the gym (masks can be pulled down while actually climbing). Masks may also be removed while at your table and while golfing.    

*Please note- individual rooms inside are limited to the seating capacity. Weather could limit group size or require the event to be rescheduled.
