Calling all firemen!    

October is Fire Prevention month.    

REACH Junior, please join us as we visit the Ghent Volunteer Fire Department to raise fire safety awareness though a fire safety education class, touring the station, exploring the fire and first responder trucks, and participating in a “kids sized” fire rescue obstacle course.    

Due to the regulations related to Covid, this field trip is limited to 50 total in attendance for the trip. We have scheduled 2 times to attend; each will have 25 available spaces. Due to the strict regulations with the amount of people able to attend, this event is strictly limited to REACH Junior ages 4-11, plus 1 parent per family in attendance. Unfortunately, siblings under 4 or over 11 will not be permitted to attend this event as this could knock another student who could participate out of attending. 

*If there are spots still available closer to time, we will open the registration up to add an additional adult or a younger/older sibling. 

Tickets are $3. All attendants are required to purchase a ticket; this includes parents. The money collected, less the PayPal transaction fees, will be donated to the Ghent Volunteer Fire Department.    

Covid precautions:

Please wear a mask upon arrival and when moving from place to place where social distancing cannot be maintained.
